Four generations on the same ground

Wilson Farm Market is what happens when a family keeps choosing the land. Four generations have farmed our 580 acres, and each one widened the circle a little — from a roadside wagon of sweet corn to a year-round market with greenhouses, a bakery, and a delivery fleet. What hasn't changed is the distance from field to shelf: most of what we sell was still growing this morning, and if it wasn't grown here, we name the neighbor who grew it.

What the market offers

The stalls carry seasonal produce from the farm — over three hundred heirloom and hybrid varieties chosen for flavor first and shipping distance zero — alongside bakery goods baked on-site daily, pantry staples, local dairy, and preserved goods for the off-season. A CSA program puts weekly harvest boxes in hundreds of households, same-day local delivery covers the surrounding towns, and the stand itself stays open through the seasons so the community has somewhere fresh to shop year-round. Everything carries a straightforward freshness guarantee: if it isn't, we make it right.

How the farm works

Planting follows the soil, the seasons, and succession schedules refined over four generations — the point is quality at pick time, not shelf life in a truck. The family works the farm, the market staff knows the difference between a ripe tomato and a shipped one, and questions about how anything was grown get answered by people who were there.
